They can be used to great effect in the evening time as illustrated by the photograph.

 

The photograph shows our Mountain Stream Water Feature fitted with an underwater lamp set.

 

The underwater lamps have powerful 20W quartz halogen bulbs. They are low voltage lamps, being powered via a 12V safety isolating transformer. Each kit comprises of three 12V underwater lamps, each styled in the form of a rock, and a 12V safety isolating transformer.

 

The lights may be submerged below the surface of the water and the safety transformer can be located close to the water feature. The safety isolating transformer, which is suitable for outdoor use, is fitted with a mains 3-pin plug and provides three low voltage (12V) outputs for the lamps. It has a 2m mains cable and each underwater lamp also has a 2m cable for routing back to the transformer.
